Easy Steps To Order VendGuard™ Systems
1. Send us two samples of each of the items you wish to dispense. Please tag them with your part number and product descriptions. Any information regarding previous usage volumes helps to establish the best starting configurations.
2. To use your existing HID proximity employee badges, we will need a working sample. Please include the contact information for your security department and from whom you purchased the cards/systems. They will need prior authorization from you to share confidential information with us.
3. We will provide you with a starting configuration product plan map. Each machine location you have identified can be designed for the specific area where it will reside. Please review them and submit any changes or suggestion you wish to make. A corrected plan map will be sent to you for your final approval to become an attachment to your order.

5. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery after we receive your order. We must have your purchase orders, plan map, financing approval and product samples in hand to begin building your equipment.
6. Employee database and report formats may be established during production. VendGuard offers keypunching services for internet connected customers. 7. Prior to shipping, our production department will contact you. They will coordinate receiving the freight, on-site installation and training. Prior to their arrival please confirm the installation of power, phone lines or internet connections.
